Several years ago, my everyday life was filled with extreme anxiety, stress, fatigue, unhealthy habits, worries, and an overall feeling of not being good enough.
And then I found the miracle of meditation...or maybe it found me.
Since then, my meditation practice, which includes affirmations, has been the one big thing that has allowed me to let go of stress, worries and fatigue...
and transcend into peace, strength, health, confidence, and energy.
I really don't know where I'd be today without the life-changing practice of meditation.
And now, it is with my whole heart that I offer you the opportunity to learn from my road to recovery.
